Here's my Redwork Snowmen Calendar Quilt.
It hangs on a wall in my home all year long.
Here's another Redwork Snowmen Calendar Quilt just completed by Margaret Dunn of the UK. You will notice that she revised her November snowman to reflect their celebration of Guy Fawkes Night. She's going to bring it to school to hang by her Advent Calendar and then will bring it home for the Christmas holidays. Isn't it fabulous?

They both are great! I love redwork and this is a great way to show them off.
ReplyDeleteBoth of these are fabulous! Great job ladies!
ReplyDeleteWow, both of these are awesome. I do understand Guy Fawkes Night, I am from Newfoundland and this day was a huge event during my childhood, bonfires everywhere back then. Not so much any more, the town has just one bonfire each year weather permitting of course.
ReplyDeleteLovely, redwork is one of my favorite ways of sewing, its so relaxing to put on a book and sew away. These are great examples. Thank you for sharing.
ReplyDeleteWonderful, both of them! Mark and Haley are in England and I want to hear what they did for Guy Fawkes day. I suppose we could have had a Benedict Arnold day!
ReplyDeleteAdorable!
ReplyDeleteIs there a pattern available for this quilt?
