A Sweet Grandpuppy Update

On October 14, 2012, we received a text from our youngest son and his wife -
"We are becoming puppy parents" - along with this picture.

October 18, a second text and picture - "These are the two boys we get to choose from."

October 25 - "We chose the one on the right."
November 8 - "His name is Royer."

December 5 - "Royer's home!  He weighs 8 pounds."

December 18 - "He is getting so big!  And even sits on command now!"
January 22-26  Royer came to visit us while his parents were gone, and
we became Royer people, even though we are not dog people.

January 4 - Royer has doubled his weight to 16 pounds since they first brought him home.
January 4 - "I love my new toy, Grandma and Grandpa!"

January 4 - "Royer should double his weight again by February 4, to 30 pounds.
He'll be 50 pounds when he's full grown.

    1. He's a golden doodle. He's 3/4 poodle and 1/4 golden retriever.
